• There are two ways to qualify for a free cell phone: 1) Your income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or 2) You already participate in one of these government aid programs:

• · Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit

• · Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance (BIA)
• · Tribal Head Start If you meet the income qualifying standards
• · Tribal Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
• · Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
